The Lovejoy Senior Booster Club is organizing an elegant Graduation Dinner for seniors and their parents. Step-parents and legal guardians are also welcome. This event is for each senior and their parents/legal guardians only. Regretfully, space does not allow for other family members and/or friends to attend.
It will be held on Monday, May 22, 2017 at Embassy Suites Frisco from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Embassy Suites is located at 7600 John Q Hammons Drive, Frisco, Texas.
Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. so that you will have time to find your assigned table, mingle with your classmates and families, and take photos in the decorated photo-opp areas.
Tickets for this event must be pre-purchased and are non-refundable. Price includes one dinner buffet, one professional photograph of each senior and their parent(s)/guardian to be taken at the dinner, and a *Keepsake Memory Book highlighting each student’s achievements and future plans (*given to each graduating senior).
The cost is $50.00 per person (1 senior + 2 parents = $150.00) if purchased by February 1st. Beginning February 2nd, ticket prices increase to $55.00 per person. Last day to purchase dinner tickets is May 15th.
Ticket prices are primarily determined by the cost of the facility, catering, decorations, AV equipment rental, and printing of the Memory Book. The price also includes the cost of the Baccalaureate venue, program printing and props.
Donations are accepted if you wish to sponsor a Senior and his/her family who need financial assistance. We would love it if all seniors could attend.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for you or your business to sponsor any portion of the events. Sponsor name and/or ad will be included as recognition. Sponsorship opportunities due by May 15th.
